Our Members Home Advisor program provides mortgage lending services, including residential loans, loan refinancing, home equity loans and lines-of-credit, and has saved members millions of dollars in real estate commissions. Here’s how it works:

Local REALTORS® have been interviewed, references checked, and levels of service established for our members. The agents chosen to be a part of Members Home Advisor are among the top REALTORS® in their areas. In return for the privilege of being referred to our members, they agree to reduce the commission they normally receive. We pass those savings along to your employees when they close their loan with Members Home Advisor.

Buyers: We’ll send you a check equal to your first month’s mortgage payment.

Sellers: You’ll save 1% on your home’s listing commission.

There is a program participation fee due at closing of $200.00, but your savings will always be more than four times that amount or no fee is due.
